They do not use professionals. Avoid using them at all costs. I paid $173 to install 5 wall shelves. The guy who came in did such a shabby job. The screws were not inside the walls all the way. I didn't realize that was going to cause an issue. In 2 days The shelves along with everything in it came crashing on the floor in the middle of the night. I have so many damaged goods and and a badly damaged wall now and handy just won't respond or make it right. This is frustrating. They don't stand by their service or professionals. The worst experience I have ever had with company so far.
I've used Handy twice before with very good results and yesterday was no different. My pro was on time, professional, skilled, & thorough. He finished the job quickly and neatly and was willing to stay and help if I wanted anything changed. I'd highly recommend Handy, and Eduardo!

Tami did an excellent job. Returned my phone call, showed up on time, put everything together wonderfully and put the boxes back in order. I will definitely use handy again!
I recently ordered a new BBQ grill, and scheduled assembly through Handy. The last grill we got about 5 years ago, took several hours to put together so we definitely didn't to go that route again. Handy.com assigned Jess to assist us. She was on time, no hassle, got our grill together swiftly and did a fantastic job. Will definitely call on Handy and Jess if any other work is needed
the job call for two person but man did good job handy need look at job where need two person are one person handy didn,t do ggo job
I love that buyers can now add assembly to their furniture purchases via Handy. Costs a little more but I know the job is getting done right and, when you have a great "handy man", it makes the experience even better! Ned came to put together my first project and was awesome. Prompt, personable, polite, clean... ever since I have only requested Ned. He knows his stuff and I would recommend him to everyone!

Issue adding time for our pro. Didnt work. Ni phone number to call and speak to. The rate I paid for 2hrs. Work was over $100.00 the pro only got $30.00 paid from the app. That is absolutely ridiculous. Support hard working people, find another way than this app. That takes advantage of them.
Professional and did a great job assembling patio set. Would be glad use service again.
I purchased a bike for my sons birthday through Walmart.com including an in-home assembly by Handy. After the assembly was initially scheduled, the time and date was changed several times. Late last night they totally cancelled the order, leaving us with a box full of bike parts, and no bike.

Im having problems getting paid. I told client to have cash on hand as I wont do the job. Good luck finding someone else with my skill set. Im supposed to do a job tomorrow that i have to buy stuff out of my own money and hold my breath for pay back. Ill stand on a corner begging for money before I do another job for them unless they pay me for past jobs and I talk to someone on the phone.

They don't provide a refund, even when they fail to honor the agreement. In my case, they have twice (so far) canceled my house cleaning with one hour's notice. (If I fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation, I have to pay a penalty. For them, no notice, no penalty.) They told me they were having trouble finding cleaners in my area. And if the no shows are a problem for me, I can pay the $99 cancellation fee. So how long does this go on? Three cancellations, five, ten? Forever? This is an irresponsible company with horrible customer service.

You can't get a full refund. They will scam you out of $99 dollars to cancel your account even if it is them that cannot fulfill it.

Wayfair is also a scam. It's just a matter of time. They are a middle man to hundreds of businesses. They sell products regardless of whether or not the product is available or in inventory. Eventually people will catch on...
